The Hobbit : The Desolation of Smaug Trailer!

Dear readers,

As I said yesterday, the first official trailer for The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug is now out! You can view it here, at The Hobbit's Facebook page. Even if you haven't seen The Hobbit, you should watch it anyway. It left me breathless. You know how some trailers and movies do that to you?

Anyway, in this trailer, you can see Smaug himself at the very end, so don't stop in the middle, but finish the entire thing, if you want to see Smaug. You can also see the dwarves in their barrels, being shot at by the Mirkwood elves. And there's the ruined city of Dale, and Erebor, and there's the Mirkwood halls, and there's Azog, and there's Tauriel, Legolas, and Thrunduil, and Bilbo running and falling down a huge pile of gold, and Bard the bowman, and Beorn, and Elves killing orcs, and Legolas threatening to shot Thorin, ect. If you go through and pause it, you can see Kili making a hilarious face at the part when Thorin is stashing at the camera. Pausing and seeing what you've got is so fun! I love doing that :)

And if you read my post yesterday, you already know that this is the movie poster.

I am so excited to see the movie, which comes out on December 13th, on Durin's day. Yeah, I know. The awesomeness is just too much.

And the trailer took a few minutes to come up, two minutes late of the time they said it would come. We were sitting around the computer like this :

Well, tell me what you think of the trailer! Did you notice something I didn't mention? Please tell!

Catch you later!

Sincerely,
Darrion

  1. Words can not describe how excited watching the teaser trailer made me! Oh and don't forget Bilbo seeing the black butterflies and Laketown and Radagast and Gandalf in Dol Goldur. :) How many times have you watched the trailer? I've watched it four times so far (and that's only today!). Making it till December 13th is going to be a little difficult. •-•

    3. Cool! That's a lot of girls :) Do they help you write your stories? I do with my sister. Meany stories would never have been written if it weren't for her. Actually, none of them would have been, I don't think :) Do any of your sisters have a blog, too?

    4. Oh, we all have our own little stories we're writing. Occasionally we'll write some together, but not often. Sisters are wonderful inspirations, are they not? I must apologize, but I can't tell you if we have a blog. It's rather private, you see. I'm positive you'll undertand!
