Memorial Day.
What does it mean? What is if for, anyway? Is Memorial Day just a day when your family and friends get together to have dinner? No, it's not.
Memorial: serving to preserve remembrance
That's what it means. We are to remember our troops, those who have risked, and given, their lives for our freedom. Our safety. Our home. So we can sleep at night, in our own house, safely out of harms reach. They give up their safety for ours.
John 15:13
New King James Version (NKJV)
13 Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.
So let us take the time to pray for those who have lost their loved ones fighting for us, and those who are wounded for us, and those who are still fighting for us.
So let us take the time to pray for those who have lost their loved ones fighting for us, and those who are wounded for us, and those who are still fighting for us.
America the Beautiful
O beautiful for heroes proved in liberating strife,
Who more then self their country loved
And mercy more than life!
America! America!
May God thy gold refine
till all success be nobleness,
And every gain divine!
Thank you to all who have served our country. Have a wonderful Memorial Day, everyone!

Sincerely,
Darrion
